No One Should Have to Cook

Bringing your lunch to work is for losers.

Yes, your coworkers will think you're poor and weird. More importantly, nobody should have to perform unpaid labor to produce a meal. That's basically slavery! It's hard enough to make it to the living room couch in time for a meeting at nine in the A.M. That doesn't leave a lot of hours in the day to reheat the leftovers in your kitchen!

Let's break down the options.
Brown bag:
Looks and feels chintzy
Food has to be kept cold or warmed up. I don’t know, it didn’t come with instructions.
No branding
Probably killed three trees to make the bag

Premium food delivery service:
Supports big business
Food arrives at room consistently lukewarm temperature
Makes everyone think you’re financially stable
Can virtue signal with outsized gratuity

Seeing as these are your only options, nobody could expect you to prepare your own lunches just to save a measly $7000 per year. What are you supposed to do, put that money into a high yield savings account and wait two to three years to make a down payment on a starter home or a condo?
